• Remove ALL toiletries
• Close toilet lids
• Fresh towels only

• Pick up leaves & debris
• Remove flags & signage
• Clean patio furniture
• Open umbrellas
• Remove cars & trash cans from driveway

IMPORTANT

Do NOT mow the lawn within 3 days of the photoshoot.

• Remove cars

• Tidy yard
• Notify neighbors
• Secure pets

• Turn ON all interior & exterior lights
• Replace bulbs one day prior
• No lawn mowing 3 days prior
• Turn OFF fans

• Home must be fully prepped before photographer arrives
• Pets must be secured
• Shoot lasts 45–90 minutes
• Twilight/drone sessions separate
